Brookseed Partners is led by David Berlin, an experienced, hands-on and strategic finance executive who has served in multiple interim and fractional CFO, VP Finance, Controller, and FP&A leadership roles. Since founding Brookseed in 2014, David has supported private-equity-backed portfolio companies and middle-market businesses across manufacturing, SaaS, technology, services, healthcare, consumer products, insurance technology, mining and materials, and franchise operations.

His work spans forecasting, cash flow, profitability, costing, board and lender reporting, business intelligence, ERP and EPM improvement, capital raising, M&A, and post-acquisition integration. David holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BS in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern. He is a CPA (inactive) and holds CMA, CPIM, FMVA, and BIDA credentials.
